Vijay Reddy, CEO, has more than 25 years of experience in the industry, having played a key role in developing OSI Systems, Inc., a healthcare start-up company comprised of five individuals, into a company generating over $15 million annually in revenue over a period of only seven years. He also built and conceived healthcare applications such as Revenue Modeling System, Charge Master Mapping System and Charge Master Maintenance System for the healthcare industry. Collectively, these applications produced between $8 and $12 million per year in revenue for OSI Systems, Inc. for over eight years. After leaving OSI, Vijay acquired ProClaim Inc. in 2006. George Kruythoff, Director of Sales Operations, graduated from Baruch College-CUNY in 1976 with a marketing management degree. George started on his professional path in management and sales development, preparing him to becoming a seasoned sales executive with cross-functional experience and proven success. As a consultant for US and international products manufacturing and distributing companies, he has driven multi-million dollar strategies that have led to the growth of corporate revenue and profits by carefully evaluating existing and developing new product programs directed at new channels and placing new product programs with targeted customers. Over the years, George has climbed the ladder steadily, gaining the ability to work in complex selling environments and achieving value-based solutions with diverse teams in the healthcare, manufacturing, distribution and retail industries. Yamini Vedhire

Yamini Vedhire, Chief Financial Officer, has more than 18 years of experience handling the financial and operational functions for several companies, including a maid service and a web design company. Currently, she is responsible for handling  A/P, A/R, accounting and taxes for Synthium Health. She also manages the operational expenses of a medical billing company and oversees its medical transcription division. Yamini holds an MBA and majored in finance at the University of Delhi, India.

Michael Innis

Michael Innes, Business Development,  An experienced Supply Chain professional having held a variety of operational, sales and consulting positions within the Healthcare industry, also led the transformation of Supply Chain operations at a variety of Fortune 500 companies by establishing a vision, defining a roadmap and executing a strategy. He has engaged with pharmaceutical, hospital, medical device manufacturers, GPOs, and distributors to support the industry-wide adoption of GS1 data standards for supply chain compliance, patient safety and ‘Big Data’ analytics. Satish Jamwal

Satish Jamwal, Product Development Manager, a project management expert with a knack for team leadership, Satish is a valuable technological asset for our team. Working directly with our development staff, he’s responsible for making Synthium the top-quality platform that it is.


Kurt Blasena, Board of Advisors, currently serves as Chief Revenue Officer for Healthgrades and also serves on the Board of Advisors for Synthium Health. In his position at Healthgrades, he leads all sales, marketing, sales operations, consulting, account management, client development, national accounts and business development operations. Kurt joined Healthgrades with nearly two decades of sales leadership experience in healthcare products, services and technologies. For more than 12 years, he worked for Global Healthcare Exchange, where he was Executive Vice President, Sales and Professional Services. Global Healthcare Exchange serves global healthcare companies including five of the world’s largest medical product manufacturers – Johnson & Johnson, GE Healthcare, Baxter International Inc., Abbott Laboratories and Medtronic, Inc. – as well as thousands of hospital and healthcare manufacturers. In addition to working with providers and suppliers, he has worked closely with the industry’s largest group purchasing organizations.

Ruby Raley

Ruby Raley, Board of Advisors, has had a successful career in supply chain marketing and sales enablement. Her experience includes supply chain visibility, serialization, track and trace, controlled substance ordering, lean logistics, just-in-time, vendor-managed inventory, HIPAA compliance, interoperability, value-based care, account management and consulting. Raley has led technology teams in multiple 3rd party logistic organizations, including Edifecs, Axway, Cardinal Health, Descartes Systems Group and BAX Global Logistics. She has global experience, including warehousing, transportation and lean manufacturing and is an industry recognized subject matter expert in pharma distribution. Raley holds a master’s degree in systems analysis-business from the University of West Florida and is currently a strategic advisor for Stragistics, Inc.

Pete Schommer, Board of Advisors, serves as a Senior Director of Marketing at Medtronic working on an advanced laparoscopic surgery platform development project for Medtronic’s Minimally Invasive Therapies Group (MITG). In his tenure with the company, Pete has held the positions of Vice President, Marketing for Wound Closure, Vice President, Mergers& Acquisitions for Surgical Devices and Vice President, Logistics for Surgical and Energy Based Devices.

Leslie Teso-Lichtman

Leslie Teso-Lichtman, Board of Advisors, brings 35 years of accounting and finance experience, primarily in the medical device industry. She is currently a partner and financial consultant to CereVasc, LLC, based in Auburndale, MA. CereVasc has licensed technology from Tufts Medical Center to develop a novel therapy for Hydrocephalus.

Joseph Chiarelli

Joseph Chiarelli, Board of Advisors, worked in the healthcare industry, on Wall Street, and in public accounting with firms of distinction in a management, research, or financial capacity for over twenty five years while serving his country as a USAF reserve officer. His extensive background of working with organizations of all sizes and financial conditions enables him to implement a company’s vision as an executable strategy.

Dave Johnson

Dave Johnson, Board of Advisors, was appointed COO of US Acute Care Solutions in 2015, a private physician services organization which has rapidly expanded through organic and M&A growth from $325M to $1B in 18 months. Previously, Dave was with STERIS Corporation, a $2.5B global leader in Infection Prevention, Surgical Solutions and Consumables. From 2010 – 2015 he served as their SVP of Global Operations/Surgical Solutions focusing on operations, product development, quality and continuous improvement. Prior to STERIS, Dave was the VP of Global Operations from 2007-2010 at ConMed Corporation, a publicly-traded medical device company with over $800 million in annual revenue. Prior experience included various executive positions with Invacare and Stryker. Dave earned a BA from Albion College, a MBA from Michigan State University and is a certified Lean Practitioner.

Jeff Daniels, Board of Advisors, is a seasoned and highly accomplished Senior Executive with more than 45 years of success across the healthcare, financial management, and IT insurance industries. He has experience with third party administrator-insurance brokerage, change management, directing patients to facilities, and fee management of patients and employers. His broad areas of expertise include leadership, financial management, HR, not-for-profit, and team building. Throughout his executive career, Jeff has held leadership positions with Alta Bates Corporation, a not-for-profit consisting of two hospitals with 700 beds and 15 long-term facilities; Physicians’ Community Hospital (CFO); OrNda HealthCorp (CFO and COO); and St. Elizabeth Health Services, Inc. (CFO and Interim CEO). Jeff is currently the Interim CEO and was the previous CFO at Bingham Memorial Hospital (BMH, Inc.), a not-for-profit Community Hospital with annual net revenues of $105M. At BMH, he was responsible for getting a $10M facility built. He also secured financing for a number of projects, and was instrumental with legal in converting from County Hospital to a 501(3)(C), while remaining independent and private. Over the last 13 months, he asked the board to purchase 3 Robotic Systems which are now in place, and secured financing for a number of innovative projects.

Lisa Kilawee

Lisa Kilawee, Board of Advisors, Lisa is an accomplished Senior Executive with more than 25 years of success across Health Care, Managed Care, and Community Project Development. Leveraging extensive experience establishing infrastructure transitions, building relationships, and implementing change management initiatives, Lisa is a valuable asset for companies seeking growth opportunities, restructuring, and change management. Lisa’s broad areas of expertise include organizational strategic planning, team building, negotiations, strategic alliances, recruitment, health policy, and regulatory practices.
